Recurring hosting and server maintenance. Final requirements and charges are confirmed in the proposal. Material new development is quoted separately.

The complete project fee is received before final handover or go-live.
Setup, guidebook and warranty.
Assisted setup within the agreed scope, configured user roles, launch preparation and a client-specific PDF guidebook. A 30-day warranty covers corrections and reasonable adjustments within scope.
Bulk data entry, historical migration and generic retainerships are not included.
Additions, when needed.
WhatsApp is subject to feasibility. Meta, API, platform and usage charges are additional. Future changes are separately scoped.
Clean exit: 30 days' written notice. Normal hosting charges remain payable during notice; your business data can be exported before access closes. No exit penalty.
